We are happy to share that Maa Parvathy Baul and her devoted disciple, Krishnakanta, are preparing for an auspicious voyage to Peru. There, they will connect with local traditions, artists, and spiritual communities, sharing the rich poetry and dance that embody the essence of the Baul heritage.
To make this beautiful exchange possible, Krishnakanta will present an online Madhukori—a spiritual performance steeped in Baul practice.
As part of the madhukori-fundraiser, we are also offering an online Art Sale of three original woodcut prints by Maa Parvathy Baul, and a beautiful sacred wood Ektara with carvings designed by Maa Parvathy Baul.
Your support will not only enable her journey alongside Maa Parvathy Baul and the documentation of Parvathy Maa’s first visit to South America, but also create an invaluable opportunity for learning and connection, deepening our understanding of ancient traditions that resonate across cultures.
