Shipping, Returns, Refund & Cancellation Pollicies

We will ship our items for contemplation anywhere you can get a package, but we are not responsible for your country’s customs policies or import taxes/VAT etc.
If your item is in stock, we'll ship it out within 3 weeks from ordering. We try not to take too many trips to the post office.
If your order includes a preorder - your items will not ship until we have everything ready. This ensures you aren't paying for shipping twice. If you want to receive your items seperately, please place separate orders.
Your digital items willl get to you sooner than physical items. Everyone placing an order will receive updates by email. We are not responsible for updating you if you unsubscribe but we promise we will never sell your information or bombard you with updates.
Once your order is shipped, the condition of your order is in the hands of the shipping service. We do not accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact us via contact@sanatanbaul-eu.org
Return, Cancellations / Refund Policy
All sales through sanatanbaul-eu.org are final. We do not accept free returns or exchanges on physical items because of the small nature of our offerings.
If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the corresponding shipping company first (you can find out from us which one was used), and if they are unable to assist you, we can try to figure something out. Upon request you will receive a tracking number to your email address.
If you cancel your order of physical items before it has been shipped, we can issue you a full refund. Please contact contact@sanatanbaul-eu.org for this.
We do not issue refunds on digital download material which you have already downloaded post-purchase.
We can give full refund of digital products which are not downloadable (e.g. online courses) if you request the refund within 1 week from the date of purchase. Please contact contact@sanatanbaul-eu.org for this and we will help you.
